Delaware Bag Ban, Fee & EPR Rules

Bag Ban Status

Statewide bag ban: active statewide ban. Covered-retailer scope is broad under state law (HB 130 of 2019 as expanded by HB 212 of 2021, codified at 7 Del. C. §6098): applies to all retail stores in Delaware, with restaurants and certain food-service uses excluded.
